Café Ludwig in Halle (Saale)

Café Ludwig has long been one of my regular cafés in the city and I always enjoy the times there very much. The coffee is delicious, the rooms are very cozy and Sascha is the friendly host who makes this place what it is: a great recommendation!

A fabulous café with incredibly delicious, homemade, fine food. Be it breakfast on Saturday with mousse au chocolat, the living room concerts by candlelight or, right now, hot sea buckthorn juice and apple juice with cinnamon, as well as raspberry cheese cake and chocolate fudge cake to go (in a really decent piece of cake!) A little gem in Halle's café scene. Always my pleasure!

We went to the Cafe Papillon to eat sardines. A completely new idea for those who are hungry. Served with a salad. A nice little cafe with very nice service.

I love this cafe! I'm a schoolgirl and well not always that fluent, but the prices in the café are great and the coffee is even better! The cake is fresh and homemade and as good as grandma's! (And the facility is better;)). The atmosphere is wonderfully cozy and I would love to be there all the time! It's also a great place to do your homework with WiFi and power outlets. The conditions are always super friendly and the sofas and armchairs are simply great! The café is definitely my favorite place in the whole hall Big thanks to the people who throw the land !!

Great cafe in Halle. Very nicely furnished and even a small garden in front of the house. The cake is delicious! They also offer breakfast which is absolutely fair in terms of price. It's always worth a visit here. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. 🤩

Delicious breakfast. Sometimes a little confused with the individual ingredients ordered. Since you lose track of what was ordered when serving. Had to wait a long time for breakfast even though it was relatively empty.

I like it very much here. I have been coming to Café Ludwig for a few weeks now. Every Saturday when I am in Halle I stop by. I like the ambience (something different and creative flair), the music (querbeet alternative and rocky) suits my taste. The service is always very nice. Prices are completely okay. There is coffee, delicious cakes, little things and more to eat. Beer, juices, wine and other items are on the menu. Just take a look yourself and make your own picture.

Very nice café which is lovingly and tastefully decorated. The café there is delicious and the service is nice and quick. The only negative point for me is the missing card. If you want cake or something else, for example, you have to find out how to use it. I can highly recommend Cafe Ludwig!

Never again! The male waitress is absolutely unfriendly for no reason. We have gone again !!! Not recommendable. A very, very funny way of dealing with customers. We'd rather have left our money with someone who earned it!

Nice cafe. Cheesecake was unfortunately too sweet and was still too much. I also thought it was a shame that the owner asked if something was wrong because they had not tipped. I personally found it very inappropriate. Unfortunately I will not visit the café again and will not recommend it.

Very cosy cafe with feel-good food and delicious wine. Also a nice selection of gin. Friendly staff & relaxed atmosphere.
